Our unique model of supplying & supporting has worked smoothly for a numerous projects over the years, providing a better solution than either supply only or supply and install.
Supply & support is a hybrid, but better alternative to supply only or supply & install. It is where processes and support go above and beyond the contractual obligations to ensure that the product delivered is right and the process of delivering it is smooth and safe.
This method allows experienced experts to install our balconies under our close supervision and support delivering the best possible end-to-end service for our clients.

- Traditional steel balconies always need decking, soffits, lighting etc. added after install, whereas with Sapphire Glide-On™ Cassette® balconies are fully complete as soon as they are in position.
