Lee Goodenough

Lee comes from a long career in construction and has puzzled why productivity in the industry has flat lined whilst we see sectors such as manufacturing improving up to five times in the last 10 years.  He was attracted to Sapphire due to our focus on solving this problem through an exemplar DfMA approach.  He works in our sales team as a Project Lead, helping customers define the best balcony solutions for their requirements and creating long-lasting relationships with industry influencers. Lee is now the Head of Sales & Commercial
