Karl joined Sapphire with a wealth of quality experience and LEAN knowledge, having worked in both the printing and automotive industries. Karl manages our QESH (quality, environmental, safety and health) team, ensuring compliance is maintained and that projects are delivered in line with the quality standards which our reputation has grown on. Karl implemented and runs our balcony Passport system which is at the heart of ensuring balconies are produced Right and have a full, trackable history.
